Perfect for the couple who is happy to handle the wedding planning process themselves but would like the luxury of enjoying their wedding day without the worry of any 'Day of' details.

 

 

•   Initial consultation to get a thorough understanding of your wedding vision

 

 Starting 4 weeks prior to your wedding day

 

• Unlimited phone and or email communication

• Preparation of wedding day timeline to be provided to client and all vendors

• One planning meeting to finalize and review the event plan

• One venue walk-through

• Two to three weeks prior to your wedding day all vendors will be contacted to verify and confirm the services for which they have been contracted and to discuss load-in/load-out requirements 

• Development of a set-up and strike schedule based on vendor confirmations

• Coordinate and attend wedding rehearsal - 1.5 hours maximum

 

 Wedding Day Services

 

• Up to 12 hours of onsite service on your wedding

•  Available the entire week by telephone to assist vendors with any problems that might arise

• Oversee vendor and decor set-up at ceremony and reception sites in accordance with your wedding plan

• Check for and set-up any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony

• Oversee greeters, ushers and guest book attendants

• Facilitate and coordinate the wedding ceremony

• Properly line up and cue musicians

• Coordinate timeline and entertainment announcements and events during the reception

• Oversee the wedding day wrap-up including making sure that any remaining food, cake and gifts are distributed to appropriate caretakers

• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors per your instructions

• Oversee breakdown and clean-up of event
