Provide a planning timeline
Continually advise on how to most effectively save money, time and stress during the planning process
Four in-person planning meetings to discuss wedding day developments and review planning progress
Conference calls to provide event consulting assistance including answering wedding day timeline questions, addressing etiquette issues, etc.
Assist and advise on hotel options for out of town guests
Assistance with locating and booking a rehearsal dinner venue
Assistance with securing and scheduling guest transportation to and from wedding venue

Vendor Assistance:

Provide customized referrals to match you with wedding professionals for your budget, style, and the personality of your event
Research any and all vendors that the client may be interested in using, with which we don't have prior experience
Research novelty/unique vendors and entertainers (dancers, photobooths, design props, etc.)
Attend up to three vendor consultation meetings as necessary
Review vendor proposals and contracts to ensure that the services provided fit the specifications of the event and to answer client questions about service terms

Event Design

Advise on overall event design based on client's tastes and vision
Make recommendations regarding locations and websites for ordering invitations and favors
Provide assistance in designing welcome bags for guests
Advise on options for building a wedding website or app
